The Qi Thief that I teach of, is to ward off harmful spirits… When offenders harm others, the offenders owe restitution to pay for the damage caused to their target.

If they won’t pay with restitution and corrections, then the offenders will pay with their own Qi energies with the help of a master vampiric spirit, as payment for the damage they caused.

The teaching is to prevent unethical offenders from unnecessarily victimizing people, while realizing that they could do more than time in corrections. Also there must still be ethics involved with fair warning to offenders.

Although I need to develop further into this teaching and practice; I began preaching basic knowledge for a barrier in order.

This is religious preaching and not many have the will or spiritual strength to take on the spiritual realms.
