“Why use a flag to represent an individual state?, when one could use a ritual tapestry”.

A state of consciousness is a state of mind, a way of thinking with a persona & belief system (etc) whether that be a political or religious belief system (etc); a state of mind could be held by groups or individuals. An individual person could be an individual state when the individual has a big will/ego/consciousness to fulfill such space & its duties; I can’t be a nation’s state made of cities, but since i bare my own state of mind (my own state of consciousness), i could be known as my own individual state.

Individuals of supreme & elite consciousness could especially become individual states since the elite state of mind surpasses the other heirarchy states of mind; although such individual states must still work with other states of being for order to survive (i’m not illuminati but i am an illuminated individual on an enlightened path that sees past religious dogmas & international political views).
