The mind stretch is a spiritual/psychological exercise that anyone could attempt willingly. The exercise requires the knowledge & story of creation reversed to create the concept of creation from its source then dug deeper beyond that source to unravel the hidden & possible truths behind our universal reality.

The mind stretch exercise is best taught & practiced in person with willing/consenting practitioners; (it will not be taught online). Since opening the minds of readers online would be difficult to reach them & unwind their minds back into their normal states. Also note that only the mind stretches (with escalation & de-escalation of spiritual thoughts & beliefs), not the brain & that anyone willing to take the spiritual/psychological journey through the story of creation in reverse, should be mentally fit or at least sober to challenge their perceptions of existence & our universal reality. Although it could be a safe practice for knowledgeable individuals while holding on to what they believe closely as reality with a sense of relaxation & temporary forgetfulness (etc), only the primordial ones ever truly recover from the mind stretch without relaxation or temporary forgetfulness (such as light doses or stress relievers); since primordials are the aether god in vessels & the aether’s mind just reforms its self like droplets rejoining a body of water. The exercise is risky according to choice & it is one of many things looked forward to within the sanctum of zherraxis. Since it builds on the affirmations of our universal reality created by the lord (the creator god) & strengthens the elasticity of belief with possibilities that exceed human perception. It could also be said that with further practice, certain individuals could begin to see like the abrahamic prophet moses & witness god form, to bend reality with the helping hand of god aether (in all his/her names), but that will take more development & initiative practice.
